This SQP series hydraulic vane pump is a triple fixed displacement vane pump. It adopts an intra-vane structure, and the multi-stage pump core is driven by one shaft to provide independent oil supply for multiple hydraulic circuits. The vanes keep close contact with the cam ring under hydraulic force to form sealed chambers for oil suction and discharge.
The pump maintains stable volumetric efficiency under continuous working pressure. It features low flow pulsation and low running noise, which helps reduce vibration of the whole hydraulic system. The reinforced housing improves pressure resistance and ensures consistent performance during long-time operation.
A wide range of model combinations are available to meet different flow requirements. It can be matched with standard mineral hydraulic oil and integrated into various medium and high pressure hydraulic systems, commonly used in industrial fixed equipment.
